An outcomes-oriented, confidential learning partnership in which you amplify your strengths and work to expand your capacity as a leader. We custom-design a program in which you focus on developing and deepening the specific skills, qualities and capacities that will leverage your leadership effectiveness and well-being.

Group & Team Coaching

A community of 4-8 peers focused on the intersection of leadership development and producing specific, substantive outcomes. Individual and collective projects are the action-learning laboratory for your development. Can be designed for intact work teams, cross-functional teams or peers within an organization. Team coaching can include a team assessment as a baseline for individual and team development.

Workshops & Retreats

We partner to co-create learning experiences for groups that integrate learning and getting done. Topics include: Creating Alignment, Finding Sanity and Effectiveness in the Midst of Chaos, Uncertainty and Change, Running Meetings Where Work Gets Done, Effective Coordination of Action in an Unpredictable and Ambiguous World or other topics relevant to your organization. Workshops can be designed to include follow up that supports integrating workshop learnings into everyday practice on the job.
